EN 1063, otherwise known as CEN 1063, is an international quality standard for security glazing established by the European Committee for Standardization that classifies the recommended protective strength of bullet-resistant glass. It is often used as basis along with the EN 1522, which is the European Standard for Bullet Resistance in Windows, Doors, Shutters and Blinds in order to create a comprehensive Terminal Ballistics Classification System for testing armored cars.
